We DO NOT Collect or Store:

Physical IDs: We do not keep or photocopy your physical IC cards.
Singpass Access: We never ask for Singpass logins or digital tokens.
Home Addresses: We do not collect or store your residential address.

Legal Compliance & Records

To operate as a licensed shop under the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, we perform a visual identity check and record only the data required by the Singapore Police Force.

Data Retention: Records are maintained securely for exactly 7 years. After this statutory period, all records are permanently and professionally destroyed.
