🛡️ The “Privacy-First” Promise

At Taj Electronics Singapore, we collect only the absolute minimum data required by Singapore Law. Unlike many retailers, we believe your personal life should remain private.

✅ We STATEDLY DO NOT:

No ID Storage: We do not keep, photocopy, or scan your physical NRIC/ID cards.
No Singpass: We never ask for Singpass logins, digital tokens, or app access.
No Home Tracking: We do not collect or store your residential address in our marketing databases.

⚖️ Legal Requirements

To operate as a licensed secondhand dealer under the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, we are legally required to perform a visual identity check for certain transactions.

Data Retention: Records required by the Singapore Police Force are maintained securely for exactly 7 years. After this statutory period, all data is permanently and professionally destroyed.
